I offer professional family photography services including; portrait sessions, family studio sessions and location sessions. Specific details about these sessions can be found on the home page.
Copyright Ownership:
All photographs taken by Sophie Jones Family Photography are the intellectual property of the photographer.
You (the client) can print and share the images taken of yourself online.
I reserve the right to use images I take for advertising on my website and social media, unless you explicitly say otherwise before your photography session.
Client Responsibilities:
You (the client) are responsible for attending at an agreed time for a photography session and for keeping your children supervised.
For location shoots it is your responsibility to find and secure a suitable location.

All images and information included on this website are protected by copyright and mat not be used without permission.
Your privacy is important to me - please refer to my privacy policy to see how and why I collect and protect your personal data.
I reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice, updates will be visible by an updated effective date.
